GLAD Empire cumplió veinte años en septiembre de 2026. La casa se fundó en 2006 y hoy trabaja desde Orlando, Florida, y desde una segunda sede en Guaynabo, Puerto Rico.
La fundaron Camille Marie Soto Malavé, abogada, y Alberto Mendoza Nieves —MC Ceja—, artista y cofundador. Veinte años después, el equipo de distribución de la casa llega a más de veintiséis países.
En el camino quedan dos placas multiplatino de la RIAA, por «Te Boté Remix» y «La Jeepeta Remix», los dos en el catálogo de la casa.

EMMY NOMINATION
The children's series presented by GLAD Kids in collaboration with Gladius Studios celebrates this recognition as it prepares to premiere its first season.

GLAD Kids, the children's content division of GLAD Empire, joins Gladius Studios in celebrating the nomination of its animated series YEYE at the 2026 Suncoast Emmy® Awards, in the Graphic Arts – Motion Graphics category, for its third episode, «DIVA».
The nomination recognizes the work of Celina Garrido, Cristian Rios and Grace Piñeiro, and highlights the creativity of the Puerto Rican talent behind this 100% local production, made to keep the youngest company with music, imagination and lessons.
YEYE follows the adventures of Sebastián, a boy who lives with his mom and dad and shares a world of imagination with his friend Yeye, a character who can change shape. Every time they step into the music studio inside their home, the room turns into a magical place where creativity and life lessons come alive.
Through its stories, the series invites children to discover their emotions, learn about friendship and celebrate how much family matters. It combines animation and music with storytelling made specifically for young audiences.
The first three episodes of YEYE have already aired on television. GLAD Kids and Gladius Studios are now preparing the upcoming global premiere of the first season. Details of the exclusive release will be announced soon.
This recognition is a source of pride for both companies and reaffirms their commitment to developing quality children's content from Puerto Rico.
As part of what GLAD Kids has coming, Yeye will also be at Felicilandia, held on January 16 and 17, 2027 at the Puerto Rico Convention Center. There, children will be able to meet the character in person and share the magic of the series at a gathering for the whole family.
